The only issue was that the short USB-C cable was missing. They contacted me and offered me to send the replacement cable or send the partial refund. Overall, the level of service was the same as I had on Amazon but never expected to see here. Thank you!

Item arrived quickly and was very well packaged. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

I now realize I have a bad dimm slot on my motherboard. I asked to return the stick I thought was bad and the seller sent a label and shipped me a new stick as soon as he received the one I returned. So, I received a good product, safely packaged, at the best price I could find, and the seller was super accommodating - even though I was wrong.
