Some of the lids were flipped upside down to secure the handles and were fine, but the one that was left right side up completely shattered and made me so sad as it’s irreplaceable. It shattered into pieces and I’m not able glue or repair it. Seller was notified and apologized but it’s still a bummer to have spent over $200 on what was in mint condition. Partial refund would be nice but not offered.

It was well packaged and arrived in a timely fashion. This has been by far my favorite backback for work and travel and I was so disappointed to discover the company no longer makes this model. I was so very happy to find it on ebay for a very reasonable price. Thanks so much!!
