  BUYER BEWARE. This seller misrepresented their product. The item was listed as a Nixplay digital frame. What arrived was a knockoff brand shipped directly to me from Amazon (which i found was selling for half the price). I immediately requested a return and the only return option they offered was to take it back to WHOLE FOODS. I asked for a different return method and they refused. I returned the item, but never heard from them and finally had to have EBay step in to process the refund.

  I didn’t receive the coin. A sealed empty package arrived at my door. I contacted the seller and they, after several back and forth messages and me contacting EBAY, refunded my money. I’m leaving neutral, instead of negative, because I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt that they truly thought I was lying to them. I WAS NOT!
