    Tester was exactly as described. Packed in a cut-down used shipping box. No padding or cushion material but it arrived intact and operational. Transit time was WELL over the normal 10 - 15 days and seller was contacted regarding the delay. To be HONEST, OVER HALF the time in transit was spent in the Chicago and Seattle postal systems, even though the package ORIGINATED in Canada and had to process thru Customs! - Bottom Line? Would I buy from seller again? YES, But specify FedEx as the carrier!

    amazing purchase.... headache of a company to deal with

    When i got this phone HTC 10 the first time it was a complete mess, nothing worked in it and i even lost my sim card in it and had to get a new card. Contacting the company was a pain and sending the phone back was a nightmare. it took forever to receive the first time and took even longer to get the replacement. Once i did get the replacement new phone it has been amazing and i love the phone. Hopefully you don't get the same situation as mine. In the end it was worth it for the price.

    HTC 10 9/10 condition

    Awesome! I didn't want to write a review too early. I had this phone for almost 2 wks and I love it! The condition was accurate and everything works as it should. And I hope it will continue to work.👍👍

    BNIB HTC One M10 32 GB Unlocked Smartphone

    HTC has always made superior smartphones in the One series of flagship devices. The M10 is no exception. 2016 Introduction, it's still is quite competent & capable as a higher end smartphone. The M10 isn't 5G, but is 4G LTE capable. I bought it because Sprint & CDMA smartphones are going away 12/31/2021. T-Mobile is consolidating and Sprint CDMA smartphones will be products with no supported wireless network. Had I been with AT&T, the M7 I had was still more than enough smartphone as 4G LTE.
