Everything still works but has to be manually secured shut when the seat is collapsed. The damage was due to the carrier handling.

(There isn't a circle R next to the Adidas logo indicating that it's a registered trademark ™️ of Adidas. Fake shoes, late shipping, zero refunds. Thumbs down.
