I bought 5 Barbie Wicked dolls and received a great 15% off my total. One package was cracked as I was unpacking them. I’m not sure how that happened because they were all well packed with plenty of packing material for protection. Dan contacted me very quickly with an apology and gave me options for my satisfaction. The problem was rectified that same day. I would definitely buy from him again! Thanks!

They offered me several discounts and packed well, and shipped within a reasonable amount of time. One of my packages arrived with a crack in its packaging. Dan responded very quickly and offered me options that were more than fair. My Wicked dolls are in perfectly “Wicked” condition! The quality and appearance great.
