After two attempts with excellent communication, both items arrived damaged due to poor handling during shipping. Both models were well packed !! We settled for a partial refund and I could keep the models and try to repair them. Again, very satisfied with the outcome.

However, this was one of the best experiences I have had with purchasing on Ebay!. First off, the seller contacted me within an hour of my winning the auction, to ensure I understood the condition of the item and confirm shipping information and tracking. NO other seller I have dealt with has ever done that. And then, the item arrived earlier than expected, and only a few days longer than domestic orders. I’ll buy again!
