I contacted seller to let them know. At first he said the spray was not included. I told him that the picture of the item he was selling showed the spray. He made my purchase right by refunding me 50% of what I paid. I was very happy that everything worked out ok. I recommend this seller.

Just one of those electronic/electric gizmo things that sometimes happen! Otherwise item was in clean/new condition. Nobody Lower has a great return policy. Something definitely worth paying attention to when buying a small appliance item. Was planning on sending it back, but seller refunded my money without the hassle of taking the item to the PO.

Unfortunately upon arrival, one of the pieces was damaged, and it was missing the steam mop pads. Seller offered a 50% refund for me to just keep the product which I accepted, I can use some of that to buy the pads and see if the supplier can send me a new piece that broke. Great experience with this seller.
