With one simple message they changed their listing and gave me a refund of the price of the O-ring I had to buy elsewhere which was very unexpected, but very professional.

It was all open up and torn down. It did not had any internal bubble wrap to secure it or else, and it actually came with a broken connector because of the excessive play within the box. I went ahead and contacted the seller, explain the situation and sent pictures as proof. Immediately, they apologize for the inconvenience and offer to send me another one.
