It seems to have been dropped in transit as these marks were not there before, and the item was wrapped in bubble wrap. It was well packaged, and shipping through UPS was quick. Seller was quick to respond to my questions and queries, and was extremely helpful. Items arrived as described, and as long as the damage is just cosmetic, I’m absolutely thrilled with this sewing machine and all the extras. Well priced.
