It does charge. The appearance is nice; but, I probably would have passed on this item if I knew the magnet case did not hold magnets very securely

I don't know how to contact anyone and I have first delivery in on original packing and NEED A SHIPPING LABEL. Anything I've ever had to return, it was emailed to me.
