All buttons fit and appearance is in good working order. Appears new with packing in box. Shipped fast and got to my home quickly. The green case looks good on my phone. It does charge. The appearance is nice; but, I probably would have passed on this item if I knew the magnet case did not hold magnets very securely

The seller told me to refuse delivery and return to sender. The seller was fantastic in the speed he refunded my credit card. He was very kind and super helpful. The best of the best.
