It seemed to have had difficulty connecting to 5ghz WiFi but ok with 2.5. Other than that, set up was a breeze. Love the fingerprint access option. Not sure why facial recognition is not available but option is there. Overall build is upscale. And the specs are more than enough for simple tasks. It’s worth repeating that the price is unbeatable! I highly recommend this item - and the seller!

Only concern was that the laptop was shipped in standard package and not sealed. Laptop or accessories could have been lost/stolen. Charger is not OEM but works as expected.

My item was half hanging out of box and I had to drive to a postal annex just to get it. Not a gripe against the seller, just frustrated from a buyer standpoint as UPS is terrible to deal with.
