There was nothing wrong, it arrived in great condition, very prompt delivery & just as described. Seller has challenges with receiving FedEx, the only method available to me on eBay for return. After a numerous delivery attempts Seller had the FedEx package routed to be delivered at UPS for Seller to pick up at that location. This was inconvenient because it impacted the time for my refund. We receive fedex deliveries all the time. Fedex had trouble delivering this package due to system and human error. We communicated this to the buyer along the whole process. Once we finally received the package, we issued a refund right away. We followed ebay policies and procedures closely. There was nothing we did wrong.
