Almost 2 weeks from order to being shipped is not acceptable when there was no communication as to why the delay. On top of that, due to either weather or holiday backup package sat in WI/MN for 10 days. From there it took only 5 days, including Christmas, to receive package. The seller mentioned he would ship it upon his return, but there was no update and the item remained unshipped. I requested either a tracking number or a refund, and the seller ultimately issued a refund. While I appreciated the resolution, I was really looking forward to receiving this item and was very disappointed with the overall experience.
