So while there was a small issue, the way it was handled means they are a company I would prefer to deal with.

I recently found the same Mongrel work boots very slightly cheaper on another Australian site and placed an order . Weeks passed and no boots. Out of stock , supply issues etc. Eventually lost patience and asked for a refund and immediately reordered from TBW. Arrived 2 days later. Learnt my lesson . Excellent
