Exactly as pictured, seller did not try to hide any of the cosmetic damage. Works great and sounds better. Packaging was phenomenal, tons of cushion and well thought out to protect the speaker during shipping. Highly appreciated due to previous ebay purchased speakers having issues due to bad packaging.

Very short lifespan, waste of money
I bought a pack of 6 bulbs on January 15, 2016 and within only two months, 5 of them burnt out! Very short lifespan, a real waste of money. These bulbs did not last even for two months under regular usage, while the ad says they have a "dependable lifespan of 25,000 hours". I am very dissatisfied with the purchase of the product. As we all know, customer service is an integral part of the product. When I reflected this problem to the manufacturer, they told me that they can't replace the failed bulbs because of my improper use of the bulbs in the regular horizontal ceiling fixture! they said "The OA21 bulbs can only be used in an indoor tablet lamp fixture with open shades and with the bulb pointing upwards". Failed bulb design
These bulbs look great and are available on eBay for a good price. I bought 6 at short intervals. Initially, I was impressed. Seemed like a nice spectrum of light and was bright. Sorry to say that all 6 failed (as in 100% failure) within 2 months. More accurately within 6 weeks. The first failure I wrote off as normal, and I actually ordered a replacement. All of them subsequently cracked at the base, dimmed, and failed. I notified the seller that she/he was selling a bad product. The seller told me that said failure was previously reported by others who screwed the bulbs in too tight. I requested specs from Polaroid. They sent me a warranty application. There is no such thing as a light bulb torque wrench. So, I suggest that said bulbs are defective, and should be avoided. They may even ... One of the 6 bulbs burned out in 1 month under normal use, making it a very expensive bulb. I will see how long the other 5 bulbs last.
