The seller resolved everything and maintained good communication throughout, helped with the return listing, and answered any questions. I opened the tamper seal and explained that I only realised then, that I bought the wrong model. The seller gave the really generous offer of paying 10% of the item value + shipping, and I'll get a full refund. Lesson learnt on my part. 5 star seller 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
