There was a minor issue with the item that was originally missed by both parties but after careful inspection, was actually visible in the listing photos. The seller offered a partial refund, allowing me to attempt to repair the item. I accepted the risk and failed, my fault. I am completely satisfied with the seller regardless of the outcome. I would gladly purchase from this seller again. Thank you!

I have no idea if the damage occurred during Shipping but, it's quite possible that it did. Packing was adequate unless item was mistreated during shipping. I messaged seller about the damage. They asked for pictures, which I sent. Next morning I was notified that a full refund was on the way. Communication with seller was very good. No problem doing business with this seller again.

I did run into a little hiccup with the delivery being inaccurately reported on eBay and DHL as not delivered. When I reached out to seller for assistance I didn’t hear back and that was a bit disappointing. I was able to resolve the issue on my end and it arrived as it should. Shipping box was a tad beaten up and partially open but product inside was fine. My only advice is if the seller could communicate with the buyer when issues arise that would be helpful.
