To my surprise, the product showed up unopened and new in its packaging, just as described. I appreciate the honesty of the seller, and the price they were able to sell it at. Even with shipping, I still got a good deal out of it, and would consider getting more accessories from them in the future.

Item arrived well packaged with just a little bit of a squished box. all pieces included and intact. This mount is secure and was easy to install, but takes a little bit of time to get it adjusted properly for your individual preference. Gotta order a new lever clip for my mount, but otherwise I am happy with this purchase and the great communication from the seller.
