    Great communication from the seller on when items were being packed and then shipped. Shipping took a little bit due to shipping slowness that is out of the sellers hands. The items all came very protected in packing material and no damage happened even though the items are very break able. The listing was accurate and items that arrive fully exceeded expectations.     Keeps her in Line with multitude of features in this collar

    So far so good, just tried using it on my 17lb poodle mix. Everything is going well after I charged it and measured the collar around her neck. She has a tendency to bark and cause a commotion with other dogs so this has been helping her. After she was startled the first time, she's starting to get the drift of calming down.

    This training collar is a great value for what you get. Very easy to set up and hand held control is not complicated. Charging the two units at the same time is also easy using the same supplied wall charger!

    Great training tool

    My dog is very stubborn when it comes to listening she will look at you to acknowledge that she's listening but won't obey the command. With this training collar so now comes when she is called, and stops digging in the yard when told. Training collars are expensive but this one works great and holds its charge

    I would give it a B-

    I don’t really care for the plastic collar but the unit stays in place very well. I would rather have a tone, vibrate then shock this only has a tone then you have to move the dial to shock which takes to long. On 7 my dog can shake it off as if it’s annoying and he can walk it off, But nice collar over all.

    Do your homework.Good collar.

    Collar works great. Wish it had a separate button for tone instead of the dial. There are 3 buttons and essentially they all do the same thing. So if you want to give the dog a warning tone and they don't mind and you want to shock you have to turn the dial which is hard to read the small dark letters and numbers. Also the time involved turning the dial maybe crucial depending on the circumstances.
