I contacted the seller who said they'd shipped it right away. Seller asked me to file a claim with ebay so I did. A little while later traking showed item had just shown up at post office. I cannot refute that so I will not. The product is as described and it finally arrived after another week. For that reason I am leaving positive feedback but likely will not buy from seller again.

I'm a returning customer, since this seller in one of the only ones that sell the Bergan Turbo Scratcher Replacement Pads. I've tried other brands and they are cheap & get destroyed so easily, which it why I'm so grateful to this seller for having the original brand for the Bergan cat scratcher toy.
