We were not obligated accept a return, but we were being nice and did. But why would we refund the shipping fee that we paid for and we lost because we were doing you a favor? We, just like a lot of EBAY sellers are not big rich companies but small businesses so we are not able to just eat every fee that is the buyers fault. Keep that in mind. You should be thanking us for accepting the return.

What happens is when sellers ship items it goes to an EBAY shipping hub. Then EBAY ship it out internationally. NO Sellers are allowed to combine internation shipping. It is not even an option.
