When I received the item, the screen wouldn't allow me to unlock it, and the device became extremely hot when I placed it on the charger. When I reached out to the seller, he was quick to respond and apologized for the item's malfunction. He then completely refunded the purchase, and I sent the item back. It was clearly mention, the item is unlocked to use with any carrier, and even before I buy I did ask from the seller and didn’t deny for it! Since the seller refuses to get the phone unlocked I had to pay $119 for unlocked service and wasted lot of time ( days ) to get the phone unlocked.
