I couldn't refund more than you paid, so I could only give a discount on the rebuy. I also couldn't send you a refund until it got back to us. You're saying we didn't do anything more, but we literally sent you a message with the new listing so you could rebuy it. The other customer that had to go through the same issue, got there ring and is ok.
