When i reached out with a question they responded quickly and professionally. All and all their service was high quality and a great value.

Quality seems to be as described. Looked like a new tpim. The company took it upon themselves to credit my account as the lable for sent for the return was unusable. ( I am sure it was not an intentional problem). At the UPS store. I went ahead and sent it myself.
