It had been programmed previously so had been in use in an alarm system somewhere (the zone names are saved in the keypad). That aside, item was in excellent shape and works as expected. Packaging was great and it was shipped right away.

The seller lied and said it was full of hair and chose to offer about 1/2 the refund. I have reported the store. Contacted EBAY to try and dispute the said lies. I used this item for less than a minute and properly sent it back. My problem is with this seller, they are dishonest and didn't even talk to me. I rarely use EBAY and only accidently saw that they made up lies and refused to give my money back. Going back to Amazon.
