The box was well protected for shipping. The seller communicated and kept to their word about shipping. I will buy from this seller again if they have a product I need.

They offered to send two smaller tubes of the same exact mascara or I could cancel the order. I agreed to the two smaller mascaras, which arrived in perfect, brand new condition. They even threw in goodies: an eyeshadow, a different new full size Clinique mascara, and a fabulous red MAC lipstick. I definitely got a great deal and would buy from this seller again.
