It arrived in excellent condition. The amount of starter button supplies it came with is amazing. The instructions are very easy to follow and the button making process is simple and straightforward! I absolutely love it!!

The instructor manual wasn’t really as well written as it could have been though, so I recommend using YouTube and looking up tutorials on there to reduce the amount of discarded productions. The book of optional panda buttons were super cute though. Worth the price.

And said they couldn't find it at all even with tracking number showing where it was last at. At their UPS warehouse in Eagan, Minnesota. So this company refunded my money and got nothing back from U.P.S!! great seller!! awful service in shipping by U.P.S. product never arrived .!!!!! And according to UPS product may never be found!! is all they can say!!
