Received the phone in near perfect condition, exactly as described in the posting. No hardware issues encountered after ~10 days of use. Shipping was quick and everything was well packed. Package also included a charging cable and SIM card ejector tool, which was a nice bonus. Great value and experience overall!

Clutch seller. The shipping was free, love to save money from there and there. Got the phone and I was a little concern about. I contacted the seller with my concerns and a screenshot incase. He responded the same day and he said that he was deeply sorry and he will print me the shipping label for the return. He then proceed with the refunds short and sweet. Nothing to complain. Feeling kind bad for him but he just win me as a buyer. Can't do no wrong.

Extremely satisfied customer of the last of the Galaxy Note Series...
I've had this phone over a month now and I have zero complaints. The phone was as advertised, new in box, clean IMEI, and flawless. I had no issue activating with my wireless carrier and the phone has been better than expected. Battery life is several days with normal usage (calls, text, random notifications, occasional web browsing, limited social media access), the interface is user friendly, and storage is sufficient. I do have a 256 GB micro SD card installed and try to make sure apps and other things get stored there first. Pleasantly surprised and very grateful I have been receiving several updates since activating meaning I am up to date with Android and security patches. Would buy again!
It's fast has tons of memory for all the apps I need ton run my business on the go. It's just about like a little pocket computer. I love the big screen. All though I do miss the screen size width of my that I replaced with this...the galaxy mega 6.3 it's screen was wider I do miss that but other than that this was a no brainer purchase for sure and I'd buy it again if I had to.

the free screen protector is pointless
Works and looks like new except for small crack on corner of camera area which I was fine with as phone was described as 9/10 cosmetic. However the "free" screen protector is very low quality. CHANGE TO A TEMPERED GLASS OR OTHER BETTER QUALITY ONE AS SOON AS YOU GET THE PHONE. The phone fell from my bag in a restaurant and corner of screen cracked even with a hard case on. It has not even been a week since I received the phone....very disappointed. Great phone if you like big phones
Even though it's listed as an "A" grade used device, it honestly looks completely brand new. Everything about the phone was in working order. No issues with the exterior of the phone. Definitely a big upgrade from a Note 8 with its very smooth display, (relatively) stereo speakers, and various camera shooting settings. Because it is a Note, it's a really big device, so if you're into the extra screen real estate, this is a good choice. Great features and slim!
It stays connected whereever I am. Slim so it fits in my pocket ok!!! Battery is good for a smart phone. Stylus is convenient when I need to write something quick. It probably draws ok but I do not use it for that. Screen is crisp and clear. Connects to wifi quick.
