Item was shipped promptly but never arrived even though USPS stated it was in my mailbox. Doesn't happen often but occasionally does every so often. They obviously delivered to the wrong address. I get other people mail every 3 month or so. It happens. Communication was prompt and a refund was issued immediately afterward. Can't do better than that. Thanks.
