Really happy with the look, the price was also on par with what you’d expect to pay for a refurbished phone. When they say,”Excellent”, they mean EXCELLENT! This will be a gift for a first time smart phone user and she will be thrilled with the value this phone has to offer.

I contacted the seller with my concerns and a screenshot incase. He responded the same day and he said that he was deeply sorry and he will print me the shipping label for the return. He then proceed with the refunds short and sweet. Nothing to complain. Feeling kind bad for him but he just win me as a buyer. Can't do no wrong.
