Two rounds of shipping drives back and forth to end up with 8 good drives, but prompt shipping and at no additional cost to the client other than time. I would definitely order future used server hardware from NSL again.

Received a perfectly working PC, all bios/firmware were up to date, all component properly connected. Everything worked out of box. No damage in shipping due to well packaging. Everything was as described, a few dust bunnies here and there. Not the best value for the hardware but worth it as everything was tested thoroughly. Recommended seller for servers.

Reached out to the seller and they promptly helped debug and are helping to correct the issue. Do note that they test/update their hardware before sending it out so expect a week of prep before it ships. Well worth the wait!

Item arrived packaged pretty well, and as described Drives included were in a RAID 0 format which isn't an issue. Server itself had a pretty good appearance. Currently using it for proxmox VMS and and happy with the results so far.
