When I ordered my coilovers, they sadly didn't have them in stock, but quickly notified me after the purchase and gave me some options to choose from in terms of getting or refunding the product due to the delay. Item came with a few scratches which is expected with an open-box item. Appearance is good.

Wish they kept me updated with the shipping because they kind of just arrived out of the nowhere, but it’s not a big deal. The package had no damage and was in great condition. They ride so smooth and have a big drop. Totally would buy again and wait the time to receive them.
