    Love Western Digital RE Enterprise SATA drives!

    Western Digital RE4 are the exclusive drives I use in building my servers and custom workstations. After almost 30 servers and 20 or so workstations, I think I can remember one warranty replacement. Drives are hardened for 24/7 server use and consequently perform very well in that environment (RAID 1 and RAID 10) in my case. I use both the 3Gb/s and 6Gb/s version. Would strongly recommend for any server application and in fact in custom desktops I build I use the RE drives to get the 5 year warranty...A little more than the desktop versions but well worth it in my applications....

    Price and Quality

    Have only installed one of two so far. It runs great and they both looked "brand new" upon arrival. Price was the real selling point. Will update my review on the second one later, after I install it on another PC. Glad that I pulled the trigger.

    Western Digital is made to last.

    I bought this drive to replace a seagate drive that had faild. Ive always been been a fan of Western Digital. Loaded windows and it's working great.

    Excellent hard drive for home users

    This certainly isn't the largest drive you can buy, but it is adequate for most home computer users. It is good quality and can be purchased used at a VERY affordable price. I would recommend it for any that don't save huge files.
