Beyond that, the reinforcement that the seller put in the packaging almost certainly saved the piece from destruction. The shipper, as happens so often with this shipper, bashed in one end of the outer box. There's no question that the the legs or the so-delicate tail would have snapped with any conventional, i.e., minimal, packaging. But those extra cardboard wraps saved the day, and allowed me to enjoy rather than grieve the piece. THANK YOU!!

Item exactly as described; Shipped immediately; cost of packaging and shipping quite reasonable; and quality of item a great value for my collection. HOWEVER!!!! The packaging stood out the most--to protect against todays negligent carriers. This was packed knowing they'd try to break the fragile item--dropping it, kicking it, putting an elephant on top of it. Go ahead UPS/FED EX--try to break this delicate item. You won't. Great Seller!!!

Although, I have purchased many beautiful items thru eBay, I thought the package was lost or stolen! It arrived today and when I opened it and I saw the three beautiful kittens, I cried! I recently had two packages tampered with and several items stolen! So back to feedback! A really precious and wonderful figurine of kittens! Beautiful quality and condition! Unfortunately, when I received it, it paled compared to the picture. I told them I am very dissatisfied with my purchase and that I want a refund. I have to return it to them and they will give me a refund of $5.00. This is why I don't like purchasing things on line. It looks good and then you receive it and it isn't.
