    Great seller! Purchase with confidence. There was a slight issue being that there was a part missing. This is not something the seller would have known as the box was sealed, and even if the seller opened the box, they would not have known exactly what small parts were suppossed to be there. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive to my issue and willing and ready to resolve this matter. I was able to resolve the missing part issue on my own with the manufacturer. Very happy!

    It arrived a couple of days late but everything arrives late here. It was well packaged and even more beautiful than pictured and described. As for value, I found it well worth the price. The shipping was a little costly, but for these crystal wine glasses it was well worth it. Would definitely buy again from this seller.

    Product just as described. Best of all, shipping method was as described-USPS Priority Mail. A listing from someone else said Priority Mail, but when I contacted the seller, they said USPS Ground Advantage (can take a month to get to Hawaii-think old fashioned Parcel Post, coming on a barge). So it was great that this item was shipped by the method described in the listing. Thank you!!

    Cost-effective Purchase!

    The Genuine HP 564XL Black Ink Cartridge is a cost-effective purchase over the Standard HP 564 Cartridge! You will definitely notice the difference between the XL and Standard Cartridge in terms of how long it lasts and/or the number of prints produced. Of course, it does depend on how much Black & White printing you do vs Color in the short term. But after years of printing, I can attest to the "value" of the XL Cartridges!

    this is the big black cartridge thats in your printer, the smaller one would be the xl ,,this is a great deal and worked perfect in my HP photo smart 7515 printer

    Cartridges were "For an Older Model"

    Would not work in my printer. Printer message said cartridges were for an older model printer. My printer is 3 years old. How old does my printer have to be for the cartridges to work?

    Better than a refill... cheaper than directly from HP!

    In my experience, these cartridges are generally more reliable and more long-lasting then comparable refill cartridges. And of course, they're cheaper than "new" cartridges directly from HP! The only downside for this product is that the cartridges are "expired" (they're past HP warranty date), so the ink is old. Nevertheless, I've had no problems with expired cartridges of 5 years or less. The cartridges I receive come in original packaging and are new-unopened.
