    The supplier is very good. Very quick to respond to communications. I had a problem with the first unit, but the supplier sent me another and resolved all of my concerns. The 2nd unit is working fine. I would definitely recommend this supplier.

    I ordered a C3000Z modem as identified in the picture description and received a C3000A which confused me. I reached out to be_kind and was told that what was sent had the same specs as what was ordered. The unit set up was flawless and is operational. The unit was delivered nicely bundled with all parts. The warranty is great.

    Excellent Seller! Great Communication! Fast Shipping. Item exactly as described. Be aware that the C3510zx is a little difficult to configure on the Centurylink network because it uses a different GUI Setup from other Centurylink modems. Its configuration looks different than other centurylink modems. I had to contact Centurylink Tech support to walk me through the setup (& I have set up many modems). Centurylink Tech support was great. I recommend this modem. I recommend this seller!
