    This item has been received earlier by royal mail. Well packaged & prompt delivery. However, the numbers on the packaging for the capacitor are different to what was ordered. Before I proceed with the installation I have messaged the seller just to confirm that this item is correct for the model watch ordered. I await their response. Otherwise, excellent service.     The item was delivered quickly, all new and factory sealed in an opaque envelope, so the seller had no way of knowing that the listed "assorted" small second hands were all the same baton type. I spoke with the business seller, and they were decent, offering a refund, but I decided to keep the hands for future projects.

    I have accidentally clicked the wrong drawplate from the drop down menu and therefore received the wrong item which I only realised when it arrived today. I enquired whether I could exchange the item for the one I should have selected and was delighted to be told a return label would be sent. The error was entirely my own fault and I am grateful for the response I received. Humble apologies and thank you. Superb customer service.

    Arrived next day. Amazing service from the seller and Royal Mail. Ordered in the afternoon and arrived following day by 11am. Emailed seller with VIN number and Jaguar details. Quick response advising compatibility. Top seller. The quality looks great, condition new, value, well as a retired mechanic should save me £££ in diagnostics having just changed batteries on vehicle and brakes. Would recommend the seller 100%. I am sure the kit will do what it says on the box and comprehensive booklet.
