Assassins Creed 2

Now to start off this is a great sequel, all the issues that were brought up in the first game have been fixed! Story is much easier to follow, customizable weapons and armor, side missions galore! Basically if you had an issue with AC1 its fixed :D Now this game picks up right where it left off, so all the confusion from the first game's ending is played out in this game. The story is much deeper on the Assassin's part due to deeper story telling and back story. But I must warn this game has the a cliff hanger too... Overall the gameplay is very smooth and time with multiple things going on on the screen u may experience slow frame rates and at times things pop up as u approach them but for such a huge open world it is VERY forgiving. The game takes part in the renisance period and is very believable along with the score and actual true back story such as interactions with the famous painter Leonardo Da Vinci. Really its the first game smoothed out to almost perfection. To me the pickpocketing and eavesdropping is gone which was a dissapointment to me but to prove that the developers listen...many people complained about this and how it was monotonous and annoying. For those that hated that it's gone. If you loved the first game you will absoulty love this game and even if you have never played you can pick this game up and not be lost. Its a must try, if you ask me it's a buy not a rent. There is much replay value due to customization and MANY side quests. Hope my review helps :D

PSP 3000 and Assassins Creed Bloodlines

The PSP 3000 is the best so far. I do admit it does lack the contours the psp 1000 had which makes it a little less easy to hold but it is not a big deal. The console is much lighter and includes a mic for online play. I love it. Assassins Creed Bloodlines gets TERRIBLE reviews and honestly I do not see why, my ideas may be fairly biased because I am a huge fan of the series. I read a lot of reviews on the game and compliants were on the fact that the game cities were to small, or that landscaping was dull, that it had more slashing then assassiantions...honestly people should not compare this game to the 360 ps3 games because the PSP is not as capable as these bigger consoles. I never felt there was to much fighting, I was constantly put in missions where I had to sneak around and assassinate guards. The game is amazing for a portable console, plus if you miss Altair it's nice to get more of a conclusion with what became of him and the fruit of eden. :D People also complained that running and jumping of buliding was way to hard due to the lack of a second analog stick but they don't realize that if you press the left bumper and use the buttons you can control it as you move. I believe this is an excellent attempt to keep the series going to bridge some gaps from AC1 to AC2. Now if I was telling you the bads though, I would tell you this the storyline is nothing as good as the consoles games...it does lack that interest you want to have but again I feel like I can't complain with it being portable. I will admit the game was EXTREMELY to easy and ended much to soon...I feel like there could have either been more story or more side missions. :D The lack of pick pocketing was missed by me. Also if you are fond of the voices from the first game its a new cast of voice members and honestly...they just dont come close. I def would recomend the game to any fan of the series and even others. To me it was a fab game and I feel if I was not a fan I would have still enjoyed it...just been a little confused with the story cause it picks up where Altair leaves off. (Side note: Desmond is not in the game, this all takes place in the Animus never in modern day) I give the game a 7/10. Hope this review helps! :D
