Study and functional!

Very versatile knife in kitchen use.

I am not now skinning any animal, but, this knife is very valuable to me in the kitchen. It combines the virtues of a Ulo and a carving knife. Use the rocking action, and rarely lift the knife from the cutting board. And keep it razor sharp!!!

Great Grill, hard to clean

I have used it once so far. It heats quickly, and evenly. But in grilling B-B-Q ribs, the sauce with brown sugar in it stuck tenaciously to the grill. I even put it in the dishwasher. I have not used oven cleaner yet, and that may be the solution. The next time I do ribs, I will put them on a piece of aluminum foil, being careful not to block any of the vents in the grill. Maybe one of those non-stick grill mats will also work. Otherwise the grill performs better than expected, RECOMMENDED.
