  First time ordering from this seller. There was an issue with the tracking number meaning I couldn't track it. It went past the expected delivery time. The communication was ok but lacking in keeping me updated on what was actually happening - eventually the bag arrived but looking at the postage date it was posted after tracking etc was uploaded so I'm assuming the seller sent another one. Either way the bag is beautiful and I'm very happy with my purchase.

  The bag arrived in good condition as described by seller. There was delay in the shipping or arrival of the bag due to weather related issues in Southern United States, that were out of anyone's control. I'm very happy with my purchase.

  This is the worst experience I have ever faced on EBay!! This bag I decided to get against another one, so now I have no bags! 0 communication from you is just appalling (you cannot run any business like this) Messages- ignored, case ignored until last min I get a refund. Fake tracking details?! They didn’t work. Do you buy these bags to order, all a little suspicious to me. You clearly didn’t have the bag, didn’t send the bag, provided fake details Avoid this seller, not worth the hassle.
