Useful

For the most part, I am able to get some good ideas from this book, but my air fryer is much bigger than the one used in the cookbook, and has racks and rotisserie. I would like to find a cookbook that speaks for the type of air fryer that I have.

Time to take another look.

I took this course many years ago. I have changed professions, and thought it would good and needed refreshing because of the length of time since the first course and the different context of my profession along with aging.
