The phone was amazing when i got it, hard to figure out but once you do its pretty awesome! But then after heavy use well for a habitual texter or web surfer in only 3 months it started to act up. It has horrible computer glitches, also periodically it will erase all photos and music you have saved to your memory card and there is no way to recover it. The back button starts to get hard to use and in some cases stop working all together. Sometimes he texting messes up and sends the wrong message to the wrong person. Me and my husband both have one and all these things have happened to both. Its a really cool fun to have until it decides it doesn't want to work any more. Would not recommend purchasing.
