The upright can get away from you if your not careful on high speed that is to say. The power of both units is great it makes this old carpet look almost new !!! I'm just glad to have a vac system that works again, I've been without a good vacuum for a few years it's like they say you get what you pay for with my cheap vac I had before I got the Oreck's I have today I just would like to thank EBAY and the Seller for making it possible for me to get such great deals and never leave home and being a disable vet (USAF) it kinda feels like I'm shopping at the Base Exchange again !
