Times Are Always Changing
Mostly, it's the same great Back to Basics peeler/corer we've been using for the last 30 years. We've tried a few different brands and styles and this one has served us best. The corer/slicer blade is not as beefy as on the old ones, made of thinner, more bendy metal. It works well but I'm a little leery of gradual cheapening of a timeless classic.

Good Maple Sap Tank Scrubber
I use it to wash out my sap tanks, in the field and on the truck. I've got an extendable paint pole that it screws onto. Nice bristle density, not too stiff and not too soft. Probably wouldn't be good for scrubbing really stuck-on stuff, but works excellent for the gunk that collects in the sap tanks if I don't let it get too dried out. Feels like a quality tool, I expect it will last for years (maybe life) for my purposes.
