Billy Blanks Tae-Bo Total Fat Blasting Cardio 1&2
New experience for anyone who wants to lose weight because it works out everywhere on your body. Steady paced and easy instructions to what to do through out. Billy is motivating when you start to get tired. Highly recommend it. I am a middle aged woman and used it for 6 months approximately 3-4 times a week. I lost up to 5 sizes and was finally getting my high school body back before it unfortunately got stuck in the DVD player and couldn't get it out. It was a shame because it was my favorite workout video. So now I have another one. :)

Scott Cole: Discover Tai Chi for Beginners
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. My husband and I have used it twice this week since I got it in the mail and both of us liked it. Easy to follow instructions and we can both feel it working those problem areas that need great improvement from surgery(me) and severe injury(him). Highly recommend it. :)
