They have to be kidding.
The price is ludicrous. Otherwise it looks like a decent product.

Not a great Hawk, but not bad when you consider the alternatives
These SOG Hawks are all steel with a paracord winding on the handle. Steel means durable, right? Well in my second practice one of my hawks chipped the top corner of the axe side, so they are, in my opinion, too hard and brittle. But, the value cannot be beat. I also think the edges of the handle should be rounded - the very bottom on mine felt sharp and I stoned it to smooth the edge.
These are good for learning basics. I'm not a big guy, but I thought they are a bit light in weight. Two no-brand, old hatchets that I have seem to throw better and are more forgiving, but I can practice longer with the SOG because they are so much lighter.
To buy or not to buy? They are inexpensive (good) a bit light in weight (dubious), and not durable enough for a beginner (not good). But, as I said, for practice and learning, the cost makes them a good deal. I bought them and would recommend you do to.

Its a Battery
0 personnes sur 2 ont jugé cet avis utile. I gave this 1 star because nobody reads 5 star ratings - or they should not. Who is going to rave about a tiny battery unless they are paid to do so? These batteries worked in my door opener and I am satisfied. I have no idea if they will last better than other brands but for now, all is ok.
