Meet the real Nicholas Sparks
People aren't always who you imagine them to be and this book gives you quite an insight into the Sparks family. Once an author has become famous you only see the so called "glamour" of their life. This book is a real eye opener to the fact that Nicholas Sparks is a real person with real life issues just like the rest of us, sure he now has the financial means to deal with some of them better than the rest of us, but there a some things that even money can't fix.
I wasn't totally drawn into this book right away as I had expected to be, but it grew on me and by the time I had finished it I was certainly glad I had stuck with it and read the whole book. I've read a few of Mr. Sparks other books and have enjoyed them. After reading this book and seeing the conection of many of his characters with the real life issues he's had to deal with It makes them seem a little more personal. I would certainly recommend this book to any fan of Mr. Sparks it will give you a little more to think about as you read his books. If you've never read any of his books I think this would be the one to start with, I think by reading this book first you will feel more of a connection, more emotion as you read his books.Lire l'avis complet...
