Great ideas!

This book is definitely worth the money. It has tons of beautiful color pictures of rooms and accessories that were done using their basic theories of design.

There are lots of simple directions to make very nice window treatments and accessories even if you have little or no sewing experience. There is a good deal of theory presented about use of color, and all of the many things you can do with just paint.

I recommend this book for a rookie looking to step up the look of their home. I certainly have gotten many good ideas from this book. My copy has at least 20 post-its marking pages with elements I want to use in doing a total makeover of my bedroom.
